What is the Houston Housing Collaborative?

The Collaborative is a membership organization that advocates for Houston area residents by promoting the development of an equitable housing plan. HHC advocates for housing stability for ALL Houston residents. HHC aims to be a driving force for an affordable housing production environment that supports maintaining home quality, the option of staying in place, expanding resources and opportunities for new affordable homes, preserving land access/use, and sustaining economic vitality for households and communities.

Our mission is to be a collaborative of community stakeholders who come together to support policies, production, preservation, and access to housing that is safe, quality and affordable for all in the Houston region.

We’re working towards a Houston where everyone has access to a safe, quality home they can afford.
