2nd Annual Bankers' Fair
Connecting Developers and Builders with Lenders and Land
This unique event will bring together builders and developers of affordable housing and enabled them to connect with lenders and below market-rate land opportunities.
The HOUSTON HOUSING COLLABORATIVE, in conjunction with the HOUSTON LAND BANK, invites lenders to promote their financial services to Houston nonprofits and other local developers and builders with an affordable housing focus.

October General Meeting
We would like to thank everyone who attended our monthly General Meeting October 13th at 9:30.
Mayoral Forum on Affordable Housing in Houston
Through September’s Mayoral Forum on Affordable Housing in Houston, co-hosts HHC and Trinity United Methodist Church succeeded in putting housing issues on the radar of mayoral candidates. Prior to the forum, campaign materials of the leading candidates had not addressed housing as an issue. At the September 9 forum, leading candidates Robert Gallegos, Lee Kaplan, Sheila Jackson Lee, and John Whitmire responded to questions from the moderators for more than one hour. Over 200 attended the forum at Trinity Church in Third Ward and many others have watched via streaming.
July General Meeting
Our July general meeting took place over Zoom on July 20th with guest speaker, Byron King, who delivered a general overview and update of the City of Houston’s 2021 Building Codes process.
